Sorry I'm new to the P25RX product line, but it does interest me. Is the P25RX-II discontinued and the MicroP25 its replacement or is there another planned production of the P25RX-II?
P25RX-II production will continue when the STM32H7 MCU parts become available again. Two years ago, we were told it would be back to normal by now. Obviously, that didn't happen. Currently, there is no reliable estimate for when these parts will be available in the US again.

Todd, are you still planning on the micro firmware being cross compatible with the RX-II firmware?
I don't recall exactly what I said in the past regarding compatibility with the P25RX-II. The hardware features are quite a bit different between the models. I do plan on backporting some of the improvements as I can. Right now I am working hard to get the new design finished, so production (and sales) can begin.

Will the Microp25rx come with the Wio Terminal display.
If not will you be offering them at a extra cost ?
In lieu of that do you have a link to the correct Wio Terminal and
where to purchase .

Todd posted this…

The pricing is $288 +shipping. For previous customers who purchased a P25RX or P25RX-II, the introductory price for the MicroP25RX will be $250 + shipping. It will NOT include the Wio Terminal, the USB cable, 3.5mm audio cable, or micro-SD card. It will include assembled and tested Wio-adapter+receiver pcbs. The enclosure will be sold separately. I will have more detailed information on the product pages.

This is where I purchased mine Wio Terminal Amazon They are a few dollars cheaper from Seeed Studio (direct), Mouser, and Digikey but I'm a Prime member so the free shipping made up the difference.
I have two of them, one for the original P25RX and one for the P25RXll. They are neat little units. Looking forward to using one on the Micro.

Todd,
Is there a list of the features for the Micro? Like Freq range, modes, etc?

There will be soon. I'm finished with firmware development for the initial release as of today. The user manual is my next priority. As you may have seen from the video linked by @freqseeker, the enclosures showed up and they turned out good! I would like to thank @goldmyne99 again for the enclosure design and many many hours of firmware testing and feedback. You guys are going to like the MicroP25RX. I'm very pleased with how it has progressed. It won't be too much longer.

This is a sample "Network Summary Report" generated by the MicroP25RX. A file named network_summary.txt can be generated via a menu selection. This will produce a summary of all the network information the receiver has learned from the active sites. Talkgroup and Alias information is kept track of separately per system. Demodulation configuration is per site. The receiver has a backup/restore function that uses an ini-style text file format. It is human readable/editable. The ini file contains information for 100% of the device configuration. This means you can clone a device by generating a backup and then doing a restore on another device. The MicroP25RX supports 16 TG Zones. The zones are easily enabled/disabled/named via the display interface. There are currently 5 different modes for scanning. Mode 1 scans all known-active control channels. Mode 3 will monitor a single system, and will automatically scan the secondary sites in the case of signal loss. Mode 5 lets you scroll through all known frequencies (active, secondary, and adjacent) and select/deselect individual sites to scan. The scan period is user configurable. There will be a lot more details and screenshots in the user manual.
