Yeah several C-17 flights KADW to CYYC Calgary today for G-7 conference.
Came back to Dover alpha-1 no cargo and req customs. Potus has busy weekend coming up.
Parade Saturday the G-7 and monitoring Middle East action..
Odd C-17 flight today.. Thunderbird-14 C-17 #07-7172 from Nellis to Langley KLFI 2250z.

T-Birds have this weekend off according to their show schedule.Next weekend the 21st they do Dayton Ohio airshow.
Looks like the T-Birds snuck into Langley today.. Maybe making surprise OC airshow joint flyover with the Blue Angels?
or just a practice week at Langley?

OCEAN CITY - OC Air Show officials announced a schedule update for Saturday due to the weather forecast.
The OC Air Show says on Saturday, June 14, the event will kick off 30 minutes early, at 11:30 a.m. The change comes as storms are in the forecast. The event is expected to last 3 hours start to finish.
The Air Show will also take place on Sunday, June 15. This year's show will feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the F-16 Viper Demo Team, the West Point Parachute Team, an A-10 Thunderbolt II Cas Demo, and more.

I have put OC & Wallops freqs in scanner. Doubt I'll get anything. I'm about 75 miles from them and I'm sure the acft will be too low for my radio horizon. But----one never knows. To quote one of my old sergeants, " Son, you'll never know what you can hear until you put up the antenna."
Notice on ADS-B that Epic 42 & 43 are running orbits at 900ft between OC & Wallops.

Yesterday KC-46A, 21-46099, AE63CF was delivered to the 60th AMW as GOLDn14.

1150- Couple of Langley T-38s did a low level (900ft) pass over OC and now RTB Langley. Too low for me to hear anything.

I just have to ask...where's the CAP for NCR today? I've had the milair scanner up and going since lunchtime and nothing.....

Based on disgruntled comments I'm seeing on Facebook, it looks like the Ocean City show today has been cancelled. I almost went down this morning, but had missed the news that it was starting early at 11:30. I had the car loaded with camera gear when I found out, but at that point I felt like I wouldn't get there in time for the F/A-18s. So I never departed - fortunately!
