At 9:41 on the LiveATC KACY Clearance Archive and there was CANNON 1 cleared to Topeka (KFOE) IDd as a single F-16. Didn't hear WAWA but most likely on the 10:00 archive. Will be able to check in about 10 minutes.
Thanks.. Just heard CANNON-1 on ZNY 335.600 descending from FL-250-240 req FL-15k.
Sounds like a rtb A/C push ZDC 363.000 at FL15k then ZDC Casino 285.400 "direct A/C"

We talked years ago about ETOPS qualified airlines so this interesting article on ETOPS certification history
When you watch vids on taxiing Commercial jets on that Puerto Rico airport vid site
you see ETOPS on most of the nose gear doors but not all.. Some good comments at end of this article too.
There are other differences between ETOPS certified and standard pax planes.
article comment (some in the industry humorously refer to it as 'engines turn or passengers swim.) :)

The key question is - was the aircraft ETOPS certified (but the certification was not up to date) or was the aircraft never ETOPS certified. Based on pictures on the internet - the aircraft had ETOPS on the nose gear door panel - so probably the former. Otherwise on the pre-flight check - would think the crew might notice the bright red/orange block with ETOPS in white letters or black letters missing. That should have been the first clue.
