Yes, it was, many photos and videos on Twitter showing that and them dropping out of the sky.

0328 local just missed this morning but tape had ROMA-91 tanker from Pittsburgh 58-0072.
"We are gonna join on them block 240-260" Tanker circled Del Bay waiting.
Boom freq fading here 373.550.
0345 ROMA-93 #18-46054 off Pease meeting whoever up North filed to EGUN.
0400 local ROMA-92 #63-8872 off Bangor.

RRR9120/A332 out of Dover is scheduled for 9:20 this morning, and I'd assume the Typhoons will be along for the ride. Heading to Portugal.
I might see them if the cloud ceiling stays high enough
