Keck 234 working Mountaineer Ops (279.7) at Martinsburg advising them that they are on their way to California and will return around 10 PM local.

There was what sounded like ROOK or HOOK (?) 31, handed off from Norfolk Departure to 290.425 at 0852, then to ZDC 323.225 around 0856.

Maybe trading that tail in for another that came from Japan? Oregon ANG got 3 F-15C's so far and Cal ANG also got 3 ZZ tails.

till they hit Dover then req Sea Isle into W-107. Will be looking for a tanker as well.

1020- Queen 74 (E-4B # 74-0787) transiting our area from west to east. Queen 74 turned around near Hagerstown and is now heading west. Maybe back to Offutt?

1035- Queen 74 is using 142.75 which is also a known SAM A2A. They are talking w/unid & unheard (by me) acft advising them that they are at FL280 and will fly the whole route down to Charleston. Queen 74 also working ZOB Indian Head (363.075)>ZOB Bellaire (307.075)

1103- Hearing what sounds like encrypted comms on SNC discrete (267.35)/ ADS-B showing Crook 25 (MC-12 # 4106) operating in the Hagerstown area.

Checking the .nl database I see FLAM has been used before on exSPUR like missions. So I'll add it to the list.
