2020- Someone on ZBW 323.00 getting RTB clearance. Missed most of it but one waypoint was TVC. Probably the BUFF going back to Minot ?
2023- WARBIRD 01 on 323.000 to ZOB 119.375 (didn't give them a UHF option).
Yep, this was a single B-52 (60-0017). Now returning to Minot. Part of the route was > ERI FNT TVC FAR

Around 1945 WARBIRD 01 was asking ZBW 323.000 for the position of FEAR 32, ZBW said they couldn't find them in the system, TOPCAT 07 mentions they were expecting them for training. Maybe a couple of BUFFs will show tomorrow for that training as AR609 is active again same time ?

That's probably the HARPO Flight that are on AR777. Are you sure it was MAINE 87/KING 79 that you heard earlier on 228.000 ?
Definetly KING79 earlier, but not the most recent. The most recent was QSO between two McGuire tankers. First on 228.0, then heard them on 139.875 "I wasn't sure if you wanted a little work". I wasn't paying 100% attention and didn't catch the callsigns.
Just played the tape back, It was HARPO 13 and HARPO 15.
They also went to 237.15 for comms with McGuire OPS, and 133.5 with NY Center
They said they were coming back out (at least one of them did)

OK EDIT :
I apologize,
I went back to 1915 on the tape and KING 79 was with MAINE85 on 289.0
Big confusion- at the same time 228.0 was also being used...busy night
So yes way back earlier, 289.0 WAS in use!
I can put the audio up tomorrow if you would like. Have to get up early so no time now

Thanks. Makes more sense that they would use 289.000. I was wondering if because it was a C-130 and they were low that they might use something else.

That would be great. If it's not to much trouble. Thanks.

OK here you are. Hope this clears up my confusion. I was caught up in a game so I wasn't paying 100% (or even 50%) of what was going on. But luckily the recordings are always there!
