@1620L, Red Dog 21 (probably USMC HMLA 773 helo) landed @KRDG tower 119.9 and taxied to Millenium FBO. I believe it was a single ship; usually use 264.2 for a/a.

Had Red Dogs past by me at 1532 local then up the Hudson. Was at least a flight of 2 with very active chatting on 264.2, actually sounded to me like a flight of 3. Most of the time showing 1 TIS-B icon.

CLEAN71 is a KC-10 Extender out of Travis AFB, looks like he may be heading into Dover at 2pm EDT. I thought we'd seen the last of the KC-10s in the eastern half of the country following the McGuire fleet retirements...

And 20 minutes later, here comes CLEAN81, another KC-10.
CLEAN tankers staging at Pease (KC-10) and Bangor (KC-135) for the night as well

Monday may be little action.. Usually these exercises first involve ground meetings of all involved with
long Power point presentations on Goals,Rules,Safety, mission planning etc... Especially on Mondays.. More coffee please.
Heck even Tuesday could be hands on ground ordinance work and maybe some flying later.. Most of the action will be on the last
3 days :)

See if they are in a hurry they push them out tomorrow. Normally there is mandatory USAF 14 hour ground
rest between stops. They got in this afternoon so possibly could get going again Saturday morning.. Daylight is longer too.
If not Sunday morning will do.

No POTUS travel this weekend.

On Monday, July 24, the Vice President will travel to Chicago, IL
Get nervous now when Potus stays at WH on a great upcoming beach weather weekend..
Hope nothing is going on..
Friday and again no McGuire KC-46 delivery from Boeing.. What is going on out there in Wash State?

Thanks BM for that story link.. That Boeing Defense CEO Ted Colbert sure has some CYA gobbledegook explanation..
"But we believe the work we’re doing to mitigate that pressure right now hopefully will come home—and if it doesn’t, it’ll be for all the right reasons, which are safety and quality.”

Translation: We are not gonna make our USAF delivery contract this year... . Nice try Ted.. :)

Why is Brunswick so popular? Are they dropping in to get some fresh seafood to go, some lobsters maybe, from Moody's down the street or something?

I noticed there is a museum up there. Brunswick Naval Aviation Museum Though I thought I saw something about it been closed when I was there. I did check out the P-3 on display outside.
My guess would be a gas n go. (and Lobster of coarse!) They took off to the North and I'm ASSuming they went up to Bagotville to play with the CAF F-18s up there. Maine tankers have been going up there from time to time using the MOLSON 01 callsign.

BLUE 41 off from Bangor at 08:40 local, currently heading NW on Adsb
Prob just going home to the AZ ANG...
Don't see any tanker action related to the Hill F-35's so assume they are going out Sunday morning.

Article on another E-8C #00-2000 (AE1498) we won't be seeing unless in the Museum down in Georgia.
