Ok thought was setting up for Sunday night Red eye flight perhaps. The 752 is probably more comfortable than the E-4B anyway.
Also no Tanker Air Res showing for the E-4B so maybe just a local mission.

Could be related to Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman or vice chair, both traveling. (Info in updated edit above)

What info source can be used to figure out, ahead of time, what conus / coronet arw frequency or channel will be used for a mission.

0955- Devil 21 working ZDC Ship Bottom (307.25). Hearing A2A on 231.625 so CAP up? So maybe I heard Noble 21 instead of Devil??

1012- Noble 11 exiting CAP. Push to 16 Aux (not heard here). Looks like relief CAP tanker (KC-135) just left Pittsburgh heading our way. Hearing A2A chat on 293.7 (Steel discrete). Noble 11 working ZDC Cape Charles (236.825). Tankers (Teflon 41 & 42) chatting on 260.9 advising they couldn't hear each other " on the secure". Now hearing digital encrypted signal on 293.7.

285.150 is Ch 17 Aux 94-2 (94th Squadron Aux-2) according to a 2016 doc I have. The 149th VA ANG doesn't have any F-22s of their own and as far as I know they don't have any independent Aux frequencies.
The 149th has 9 F-22A assigned to them. Maybe received them when the 94th transitioned to F-35's

04-4067, 04-4082, 05-4089, 08-4155, 08-4167, 09-4177, 09-4179, 09-4191 and 10-4192
