On Wednesday, February 1, the Vice President will travel to Memphis, Tennessee to attend the funeral of Tyre Nichols.

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil to the White House on Friday, February 10. Does anyone know what aircraft is the presidential plane for Brazil?

I have it in my log a few times.

Had an odd one today, which I guess was a flight test but there was no type data showing. Hauled up quick out of Lambert-St Louis Intl (KSTL). Started out "no callsign" (hex: ae6d9c), then displayed callsign of VV169970 & headed up vicinity Hannibal, MO; at one point climbing at 11,360 ft/min. Once there, rode the express elevator from FL310 down to ~8700 ft, including a burst at a rate of 13,200 ft/min. Flew around a bit then headed back in. Changed callsign to MACBL72 & ID'd w/ STL Twr as "MAC BLUE 72" (shortened to "BLUE 72"). It was certainly fun to follow. Wondering if anyone has info on aircraft type based on hex of ae6d9c, or possible reg# 16-9970?

The VV is Naval code and reg #169970 comes back to a likely FA/18F Hornet.Fairly new Hornet with that reg number :)
Maybe St Louis Boeing factory test flight.

With finally some clear skies over Delaware I can actually see what's flying around. Just after 1230 I had an aircraft I must admit to not being aware of prior to shooting it - a Beechcraft RC-12 Guardrail intelligence gathering platform. ADS-B identified it as a plain BE-20 Super King, and I was just tracking it with my camera for practice when I could clearly see this was something out of the ordinary and grabbed some images. More on this highly unusual, sensor-laden aircraft: Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) - USAASC You can Google image search "89-00274" for a number of close-ups.

1325- Score 90 (MQ-4 # 168459 VX-20) working Bay Watch (305.2). In PAX areas at FL490. Advises that he's heading down to W122 via W386. Also advises they are performance limited today. They are filed for FL510 and above.

1340- PLF 255 (Polish AF C-130) offshore near ACY. Maybe heading for DOV?
