Can anyone advise if NORAD/HUNTRESS uses remote sites like the FAA does for ATC? If so, is there a listing somewhere, or can anyone tell me the NORAD frequencies for any site in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia?

DECOY99 and VENUS30, a C-17 and military 737, in the pattern at KMRB. Had visits yesterday from HARPO01 and EAGER03, both C-17s.

KMRB is popular with military aircraft based elsewhere. It has no competing traffic from the civilian side, tower controllers who routinely handle the C-17s based there, several IFR approaches and ANG on base for any support that might be needed. Only competition is single-engine training and occasional biz jets. Tower is on tap on LiveATC.net.

I still once in a while a hear a fighter call them "Bigfoot"

Isn't Bigfoot the callsign used for WADS (Western Air Defense Sector)

Bigfoot is on Ron's list as WADS. Maybe since some of these pilots are from all over US.
NORAD seems to answer to both anyway

Yes I noticed this on Monday weird how it says 900 feet below seas level. im about 40 miles north of this thing.

Maybe a crashed Aircraft and no reports on the media but transponder still is active?
