At least clear skies today and can see the ground
Tanker says from Sioux City and NOBLE 11 says only 8 more days of CAP work then all done.

some have been very quiet but yesterdays last flight was very chatty!!

0945 Local: just heard the two MACKO CAP pilots chatting. They said that the MACKO's are leaving on the 1st with all airframes and a single KC-46A to get them home.

Any thoughts or knowledge of which Squadron is next up for the Guard Dog CAP?

Coast Guard AS65 has been operating along the Delaware river from PIA to Carneys point. Refueled at PIA and is back up.

I know that there is a missing 6 year old that swept away last night in flood waters.

And WINK99 KC-46 46013 looks headed back to New Hampshire. So that should wrap things up around here in New Castle for now...

I take that back - doing a few perfect circles northeast of the track he's been flying for hours, passing over PHL. And at 5:07EDT he peeled off headed north.
