Might buy an "upgraded" BCD436HP - How do I know the paid upgrades are installed?

When I go to the menu>settings>upgrade and it shows all 3 options there still.

Upgrade ProVoice
Upgrade DMR/MotoTRBO
Upgrade NXDN

If I click on any of the options, it asks me to input a key. Is this normal if upgrades are bought and paid for? Or if the upgrades are installed they will not show up in this menu? How else can I check?

If it already has the upgrade installed, it will say "WHATEVER has already been activated."

That indicates for certain that none of those upgrades have been installed.

If it asks for a key number it's not upgraded. If the seller is claiming upgrades, I'd consider moving on.

If the upgrade has already been installed, this will be displayed. This is a BCD996P2, but it will look the same on any other Uniden. Looks the same on my SDS100.
