You really need a digital trunking scanner to monitor mshp. What scanner do you use?

You're pretty much not going to hear the Cars on LB anyway. Never could unless you were close.

Should be able to hear both sides on MOSWIN Dispatch TGs though.

Where are you located? You should hear TGs pretty much anywhere in the state. Unless your limited by terrain and no antenna setup.

It could be, no radio for the talk group you want to monitor is associated to the site you are monitoring -- the system will not transmit the radio traffic for that talk group on a site where no radio is associated.

What is "Springfield main"?
Please provide a link to the database page for this one.

It almost sounds like you are not monitoring a Moswin site at all and may be monitoring the Motorola Type II system for Greene County.
Is this what you are monitoring? Springfield / Greene County Public Safety/Services Trunking System, Springfield, Missouri - Scanner Frequencies
