Their RFI they put out a few years ago said they were going to have five encrypted talkgroups and two would be linked via RSSI to the state of Oregon's P25 system.

The switchover has begun. Hermiston has fully switched. Pendleton and the counties can't be far behind. Now if only I had the talkgroups.

Well, so far we have at least two encrypted TGIDs. I am doing a Trunking Discovery on my BCD536HP and I am so far disapointed with what I am hearing.

I've heard that when it is fully up and running all LE channels will be encrypted. Fire channels won't.
Here are the TGID's i've found so far.
30214 EMS Ops
30215 UC Fire Tac 1
30217 UC FIre Tac 2
30101 UC Sheriff - encrypted
I've heard this Simulcast system has 5 sites i believe with up to 5 frequencies per site. Still lots more to discover.

Are you sure on 30101? I was thinking it was Hermiston. The city of Hermiston has completely switched over, Fire, Police, etc. Umatilla City has as well.
County is still on the 400. Or at least that is my understanding from my sources.

yes, there are some patches between the 400 system and the new system until all entities have switched. From what i understand, Umatilla county all have the new system installed. Morrow county should be happening soon.

Do you have any more specifics on the site frequencies, NAC codes, etc so we can get something in the database?

Looks like this is the Umatilla County side of the system. (The last license that OS linked.)
using SDRTrunk i am able to pick up at least 3 of the trunks, will be looking for others.
i am new to this, but i can say there are some phase 2 calls and many are unfortunately encrypted with AES-256.
but for now, hope this helps some...

just heard radio techs talking about an "addressing issue", after 769.61875 MHz went down for ~10 minutes and came back up.
after looking i noticed a frequency change on site 169-169.
previously 771818750, now 771268750.
