Checking the State Police database here, yes that's the frequency; and there's 39.18, which is listed on the Worcester county page as being used for helo patches. Keep in mind that most 39 mhz ops are simplex, so you're going to need a good antenna to hear them. They do have a talkgroup on the Worcester trunk.
Whether they use other frequencies is an interesting question, and evidently one that varies from barrack to barrack. For example, there was a long running thread about MSP up in Harford county, and it was determined they used several frequencies, including 39.92, 151.475, 155.19 (nominally a barrack-barrack channel, but unused for that purpose in many years) and 159.405 (a DNR channel). Again, since they're a simplex talkaround type frequency, a good antenna/coax is a must. Whether they're used in your neck of the woods is not known.
I also understand that it's common practice to patch one or more radios thru the 155.73 portables frequency when there's a major incident on the Eastern Shore.. The PL might vary from barrack to barrack.
