Finally figured out a nice system for my SDS100 mounted in a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I sourced from quite a few places, and it took a while to put together, but it works great for me!

Antenna run
- Antenna Pulse Larsen Tri Band, NMO150/450/758
- Jeep Fender mount Topsy Products
- Coax run Midland – MXTA24 Low Profile Antenna Cable NMO
- Fed from the front fender through the firewall into the cabin.
- 1ft right angle Adapter USA-CA RFC195 FME MALE to SMA MALE
- This adapter is the final 12-inch run of my cable. It is a bit more flexible than the main coax and ends in a right angle. Much easier to manage when I need to take the scanner in or out.
- I am mounting to a Jeep E-dock with Bulletpoint Designs mounting arms as the basis for my system.
- From the mounting arm:
- AMPS Mounting plate
- Custom SDS100 AMPS Radio Mount
- This thing is awesome. Found on eBay, someone designed a clip-in plate for the SDS100 that clears the large battery and is also snug as a bug. Super easy to pop the scanner in and out, but when it's in, it doesn't move.
