Just some pictures of my shack. For Ham equiptment I have a Yaesu Ft-60 portable, Kenwood TM-V71a mobile (using as a base), and a Kenwood TS-820S for HF. For scanners, I have a borrowed RS Pro-95 portable, a RS Pro-163, a Pro-82, and a RS Pro-2037. CBs and FRS I have a Cobra 90 ltd Base that I use to monitor ch 9, a Realistic 479 I use as an audio monitor, and a RS portable that I picked up for 20 bucks at a thrift store, for FRS i have 2 Motorola TS300's. I also have a Motorola MTX-810 on 800mhz, a Motorola Radius P100 on UHF (462.175 to be exact) and a Motorola Minitor 2. In computers I use a Gateway NV78 with a 64-bit Windows 7 home premuim OS, 17" screen, 4GB ram, 500GB hard-drive, bla bla bla, Also I have an HP desktop, with Vista. I have a G5RV strung in the trees for 160m-10m and an AT-230 to tune it to my radio. I also have a dual band vertical stuck to my chimeny, whitch gets me out around 80 miles with 50 watts through my TM-V71a. I am in the basement, and I do preety good with my scanners listening to the county's 800mhz tower a good 5-6 miles away, on their stock, in the house antennas.

You are so busted!! I snipped this out of your bottom picture and blew it up. You seemed to have left out the number "1" from your description!

But Seriously, it is a very nice orderly set up. Please don't let my wife see it!

Happy New Year!

The wrap-around desk is really nice. Hopefully I'll have that in the next place. Then I could leave all the test/build gear in place rather than digging it out and putting it away all the time.

A beautiful classic Kenwood!

Another vote for the wrap around bench, everything is just a swivel away!

Regards, Commscanaus.
