ncc dtabase help

hello just looking at the delaware database for ncc i havent looked for quite some time. i noticed for the ncc police dept there are 3 tgid's 6480 6512 6544 with an alpha tag of n-ciu a n-ciub n-ciu c i know the n is for newcastle what are the rest of the letters for. thanks for any help
