Do you have the programming cable or software or are you programming by hand?

thanks for the assistance - I actually do have the cable but don't have access to a good computer - I found programming by hand easier anyway - thanks

The above thread, in which you replied to, has a sample file for Caldwell County in it that includes NCSHP. You could download the software and take a look at the programming to see a working Caldwell County setup that includes NCSHP.

The short answer to your question is to receive NCSHP for F Troop which covers Caldwell is that you program in the Viper Hibriten tower and add talkgroup IDs for F Troop (52187-52194 and 52229). The reason you need all the those TGIDs is that, even though 52191 is labeled as Caldwell, I don't think it's accurate and have not taken the time to figure out the naming scheme as I normally listen to all of F Troop. It's not uncommon to hear Newton calling Caldwell cars on other TGIDs.

For further information (and a known working setup) I again advise you to download the trial version of Win500 and the file in the above listed thread. It has been confirmed as working by the OP that was having a problem.

No problem at all and please comeback to this thread and let us know if that helped or if you need anything further.

Honestly you don't need a good computer to run a zip shell or a WIN500.

If I get a few minutes today I'll try to do a few screen grabs and post them to this thread that shows how NCSHP is programmed in that file. At the very latest I should have some time to post them over the weekend if you don't find a solution before then.

Ok here is the basic programming for NCSHP in Caldwell on that setup from the other thread. It's VERY vanilla and nothing special but here is a visualization of it.
