Need 2-tone decoder software

Does anyone have a program that works in Windows that will decode 2-tones, and save them to a log automatically ?

I would like to play back an mp3 file of 24 hours and have it log all the tones sent.

No, that doesn't decode tones. I need the pager decode and DTMF and Morse would be great

I have a service that i created that will do that for you, but you would need to send the audio as it comes in to a api end point. Then you would be able to log in and see what they results are.

Something like VOX call or any RDIO compatible listener, that uploads transmissions as they come in.
