Need 2-tone decoder software

Does anyone have a program that works in Windows that will decode 2-tones, and save them to a log automatically ?

I would like to play back an mp3 file of 24 hours and have it log all the tones sent.

No, that doesn't decode tones. I need the pager decode and DTMF and Morse would be great
