I use this with my 433. The best around. You'll need a cable too, avaliable at Radioshack for $30 I believe. The software is avaliable with a free demo that allows you to tool around with the first 2 banks of memory in the scanner. Upgrade for $30 and you get the entire program downloaded onto your computer. Just be sure to save your registration for future updates (free with registration) and also a good idea to save the program to a USB flash memory card or the like in case your computer crashes and you lose everything.

If you have a printer hooked to your computer the program will automatically print off a regestration page to keep once the keys are installed. I have burned the program and my key information onto a disk.

I Need Help!!

Ok, So I Bought A Radioshack Pro-433 Scanner And The Pc Programming Cable 20-2047. I Have Attempted Countless Times To Even Load The Driver And Be Able To Run The Program, But My Computer Does Not Even Recognize That The Cable Is Plugged In. I Contacted The Store In Which I Bought Everything, And The Manager Told Me Theres Nothing He Can Do For Me, And "ive Never Had Any Problems With It Before". Please Help Me Out, And If I Cant Get The Software To Automatically Program The Scanner, Where Can I Find A List Of Frequencies For Tallahassee Florida So That I Can Program It Manually?

Did you check the Windows Device Manager under Ports (COM & LPT) to see if the cable is listed there. That will give you the correct COM port number
