Need Help!! Orleans County, Ny

hey folks, I am having trouble with my Uniden Bearcat trunk tracker V BCD996P2 I am currently using ARC XT to program it. I added all the Orleans county p25 systems/groups/talksites or whatever. I also added the conventional dispatch channels. I cannot hear any p25 channels or anything, only conventional. Is there a setting I am missing or am I doing it wrong. Just need help, I would like to hear units responding and fire grounds radios. HELP!

Please attach your ARC XT .rsf files so I can take a look at them. Yoo will need to zip the files to be able to attach them. Click on Attach files and open the zipped files.
