I am not sure how to program analog trunking systems into the pro 164 using the ARC300 software.
The pro 164 easier manual only explains how to manually program the scanner.
Are there any step by step guides on how to program trunking system using the ARC300 software, as even the ARC300 user manual does not go over how to do so.

Which system do you want to monitor? In ARC300, click on Settings for a bank. Name the Bank. Check the box for Closed Mode. Select LTR as Bank Type. Click on Frequencies. The 2-digit number to the left of frequencies in the database is the LCN (Logical Channel Number). For a site, the frequencies must be entered in the same order as in the database. Channel numbers will vary depending upon the bank (Starting at 000 for Bank 0, 100 for Bank 1, 200 for Bank 2, etc.). Disregard the first number of the channels. Skip Channel 00. Put the first frequency with LCN 01 into channel 01. Enter the remainder of the frequencies so that the LCN of each one matches the channel number. Click on Talkgroups. Enter the Talkgroup ID and Alpha Tag of each talkgroup. Select LTR for Mode. If there are multiple sites, you will need to program each one the same way in multiple banks.

Actually one is LTR and the other is Motorola Type II:
Johnson Space Center
Spring Branch ISD
I am not sure if it is even worth programming the Johnson Space center as I am not sure it will even pick up, seeing that I live 56 miles away from thje location. Spring Branch ISD is closer to me.

The Johnson Space Center system probably no longer exists. Try programming the Spring Branch ISD system. For the LCN's with N/A, leave the channels blank.
Will do.
I can ask in the database forum if JSC exists or not, although I suspect if they did, they would have gone to a digital trunking system by now.

You would need a custom band plan for the JSC system and run in Open Mode since there are no talkgroups listed. The default custom band plan shown in the Trunk Settings may possibly work. If the talkgroups are digital, you are out of luck.

Yes they are P25. Forgot about that.
