The Va. Region 2000 Local Government Council (Amherst/Lynchburg/Bedford) has been issued license (WQVM741)

The only licensed emission is for "9K70D1W". Referring to the Harris Corp. info sheet for their MASTR V 800 mhz. base station the supported modulation options are: "WCQPSK" modulation is emission "9K70D1W"; P25 Phase 1 "C4FM" modulation is emission "8K00F1D" and P25 Phase 2 modulation "HDQPSK" is emission "9K80D7W".

The more technically knowlegable individuals can discuss more in detail what type of Harris trs will be used.
