My old Computer died, and just got a new comp. How do I start up the online scanner on the new comp. I don't have the info. Karl

Thx. Now have the online scanner back up running but now I can't hear the scanner through my speakers like I could before, any suggestions ? Old system was Windows XP, New system Windows 7.
