If you are seeing 4741 with our RID's then there has to be a problem with the state's network because no where in the code plug has that 4741 programmed into it.

Definitely was 4741. I'm not at all debating or arguing with you. I apologize if you're misinterpreting it that way. As I said above, there's obviously incomplete data to come to a conclusion, and an issue on the REMU end is absolutely 100% possible. That's why we have these discussions. Everyone's input and contribution of knowledge collectively is how we figure this stuff out.

No traffic on it today fwiw.

TG 6077

On Union County site have heard a couple encrypted transmissions on TG 6077 RID 2470012, so based on other posts I would guess this is a State Police TG?

Ramapo site.

I just heard talk group 3665 UID was 99824

Identified as NJDOT

With a silver alert announcement.

He stated silver alert was issued by NJSP

This is not in the database .
I was going to submit it however I don't know
how it should be labeled

Maybe NJDOT Announcements.

Would like to hear opinion on this and then it can go in the database.

3665 would translate to 58640 on the 800MHz side, so that would have been Central Safety Service Patrols.

Caught a transmission this morning also. RID 2470008, ENC.

As mentioned earlier in this thread Central Safety Service Patrols no longer exists and should be removed from the DB,it’s only North and South.

From what I saw on your video...

3665 --- Probably NJDOT, Unknown Function

4593 RID 200101 --- NJDEP Fire Statewide?

4643 RID 1600653 --- Passaic County Unknown
4645 RID 1600617 --- Passaic County Unknown

6077 --- Probably NJSP, Unknown Function

May have been CDU

So the talk group would be NJDOT Central Dispatch Unit ?

I would not say that the dispatcher signing off as CDU identifies the current use of this talkgroups at all, really. CDU just refers to their centralized dispatch operation that is in the dispatch facility along with NJSP and NJDEP. Doesn't really solve the mystery as to whether this is still a NJDOT central area talkgroup or if it has been repurposed for another function. Seems that the assumption being made is that there is no more central region, so this must be used for another purpose.

3665 is the old DOT ESP Central talkgroup when they used to use 3 talkgroups for ESP (Now SSP) patrols.

Perhaps though the Central SSP District no longer exists, the TG still does and is dormant but is still part of the patch plan for emergency and general broadcasts? That is to say, perhaps it's still automatically connected for emergency/wide-area SSP information simulcasts still for whatever reason?

6077 - Encrypted Comms. Radio ID 2470001.
Also seeing 3 new radios affiliating with JemSTAR South on 700. 2480000 - 0002. Looks like a new Range for just Medevacs.

Speaking of Medevacs does anyone know the tail number for Cooper 2? I use the Plane Finder app to track the medevacs.

230xxxx CSX Railroad Police
234xxxx DRJTBC
235xxxx MONOC EMS
236xxxx NJ DEP
237xxxx NJSP Troop D (Parkway and Turnpike) plus some NJDOT dispatch consoles (I'm thinking the consoles at the statewide traffic management center in Woodbridge)
239xxxx NJ DCA Division of Fire Safety
243xxxx WPU
246xxxx Possibly NJSP investigations
247xxxx Unknown agency, Encrypted on TG 6077
