This was all the concluding operations for the Passaic County Fair at Garret Mountain Reservation on the border of Paterson and Woodland Park. PCSD oversees all security operations at the fair. Sunday evening was the last day for this event.
Reliable source said they're all Patrol radios, so it's entirely possible given K2YYN's post.

Just want make sure we're not transposing TG numbers in our heads.
(Which I tend to do since I am getting older here :lol
Currently 4271 is listed as a Inter-ops TG for Little Falls and MSU (Montclair State University).
TG 4721 is either a transposed number of 4271 or its a new Talk-Group.
If indeed its a new and verified Talk-Group.
If you guys can confirm this, by makeing a DB submission or then either Scott or myself will add it to the DB as 4721 PC Sheriff Special Events.

Usually reliable source indicating 6077 is possibly NJSP Presidential/Gubernatorial Details. Second person I've heard that from. Just FWIW. Obviously no way to definitively verify at this point with traffic full-time encrypted.

4479 is all encrypted from what I see in the logs which does not give me a good feeling.
If you mean 4779, it came across Union County also. Same RID range as 6077. Who the hell could it be though if not NJSP? The RID's are not consistent with the County/Municipal RID plan so far.

I noticed the band plan the BCD436HP and HP2 are getting from the Union County site is different than what Unitrunker has been getting most recently. I swapped it out, and reception on Union County, which has always been really good, is now even better. Much more consistent traffic.

Just a quick update to my comments regarding Pennsville PD. After doing some research I determined they are NOT joining the NJICS system and is instead using a UHF DMR system...
Add 6079 to the list, probably Secret Service 2, or whatever it actually is.
