4831, Test Counts early this morning with a Summit RID. Union County Simulcast.
That one had been throwing me for a loop for a while. People have posted 2018xxx Summit RIDs seen, others have seen 2011xxx New Providence. I also have in my notes Millburn Fire was doing a parade for kids on it. So it’s got to be some sort of MVECC TAC or OPS.

Its NJSP. I’ve been logging that since 2018 with the same IDs with strapped encryption on West Orange. It’s in the wiki page as well.
Interesting. Today was in the clear with counts. I have the system set with channels in the DB (on RR) and it did not show up. No biggie. Just poking around.
Check the wiki page under confirmed talkgroups. I tried adding as many as I could with what I had a while ago. If you have anything clear on that TGID then you definitely know more than me
