2635 is an NJSP Encrypted talk group. There is a bank of them starting at 2623 to 2681
5123 I have listed as NJSP SIU. Another bank of those from 5119 to 5135
4771 falls in yet another group of Encrypted talk groups from 4769 to 4787. These I assumed were also NJSP, however as the radio ID's here butt up against the US Marshals radio ID's, I now suspect these may be DEA, which would be a similar setup as they have it over on the PA-STARNet system.

This shouldn't be taken as gospel, but based on some signal strength checks I just did, it seems likely that Garret Mtn is now with Montclair State University as Site 17. Site 22 Ramapo is still on the air as standalone for now, and I have no clue what the status of the Echo Lake subsite is.

We could use some boots on the ground to verify the status of these changes.

As of yesterday Newfoundland (Echo Lake) was still not on the air.

Ramapo is no longer an ASR as of 11:00 this morning, now part of the Passaic cell.

Can someone in the area please grab the latest neighbor list for the Passaic cell? Thanks.

Union County RCC patch of UASI 4 to Morris County Police 4 is still up. However, there was EMS traffic in Union County on it last night as well.

The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) will be operating on the NJICS system soon, talkgroups 5235 and 5237. That's all I know at this point, not sure how that relates to or affects their Cap+ system.

Those are likely the Fire Dispatch and Fire Ops talkgroups. Subscribers have not yet been programmed. Word is that Bergen County will be dispatching them.
