Hmmm...maybe a shot in the dark here...saw the secret service was helping out Paterson and related agencies with a recent arrest. Maybe them/someone else governed related?

Discussion about someone or one of the units themselves having gotten off an exit by Paramus Park Mall. Didn't sound like they were tailing someone, sounded like the two units were trying to meet up. RID's are in the NJDOT range if I recall correctly...
Edit: Sounds like some type of escort. Talking about a motorcade, convoy or shipment moving north on Route 17 between 10:30 and 11:00, and needing to get out ahead of them. Also something about the escort or whatever: "they're using StateCom 9".
