Interestingly enough, on Saturday, around 15:00 hours I heard all troopers on the command channel involved in the "newark crimes special detail" were instructed to go to channel B2-21. RIDs involved in this chatter were 99541, 12581, 21070, and 23223 (the exact same RID you caught. Makes me think that TG 2623 is B2-21.Visiting Jersey, fired up the radio.
