Unication programming for Lex?

Hey Everyone! I travel to Lex a lot for work and will likely be relocating there soon! Has Anyone out there had any luck programming a G4 to monitor at least LFD/UK PD? I programmed mine several different ways and always get an "Out of Range" warning. I've got several other systems (other areas) I've programmed and they work fine so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or not doing maybe. Any suggestions are welcome! I've thrown my 396 in my bag for my next trip so I can try and troubleshoot but if anyone has any ideas I'd be appreciative! Thanks!
