I know I heard Montgomery, D14, Carroll county, White County. Just seems normal stuff, down there they seem to use the mutual aids alot more than up here. I know one thing was something about a vehicle I-74. I know the CC changed again, it's was like strong on my handheld like 5 bars and still 3 pretty much with ATT on now it's way weaker, like even the antenna on the tower isn't picking it up right now very well. So it's very week for an antenna like above the trees line to not get it when it's 3.7 miles away, so seems they have it low power right now
@I_Am_Infinite, I just put all of @west-pac's freqs in my SDS200 under a new site name and I haven't heard anything yet. I am 18 miles east of Morocco and get the original Morocco site just fine.

It's a completely different radio system. It's NOT a SAFE-T site, and if you followed the conversation here you'd know they are +/- 0.00625 from the freqs given.
Update: @I_Am_Infinite, I now put in the control freqs only that you told me last night and I'm now getting 5 bars on the new site, on my SDS200, but no voice traffic yet.

So they must got the south tower online to for you to get it also being that far.

It seems and I think that's what the picture I took of pro96com says is 770.08125 and 770.09375 are gonna be the 2 main CCs in rotation. I think that's why those both have CAV and not av cause they are main CCs, I don't know really I'm still learning the software.
I also know now that talk group 19 is definitely a rebroadcast of the Reg D Mutual Aid TG from State System. That's all I ever hear on that talk group. What else is weird is in the software it shows no patch at all, so I'm not sure how or why they got it connected on there. There has been affiliations with TG 4 and 14 but never no traffic.
I see only 3 radio IDs ever so far 3003, 3004 and 3010, it does say phase 2 now and on my scanner does say D2 on my psr800 handheld meaning its definitely phase 2 as we thought. Before it was saying phase 1 on the software but lately now says phase 2

@I_Am_Infinite, I'm still have no voice traffic on the site, but I'm getting sig 5 bars, on my SDS200, on the 2 CC's you posted. Any particular time of day that they test broadcast or is it random?

On the SDS200, try selecting the wide invert filter for the site. I have often had good results using the wide invert filter on sites with 700 MHz frequencies.
Na, @I_Am_Infinite recently told me the 2 CCs that he found with Pro69Com and I get 5 bars on them and today heard a test TG on the new system.

It just seems random when they mutual aid comes up on talk group 19. I think it's not really testing yet, I'm not actually sure the point of having the rebroadcast on there. Hopefully they do some testing soon. I sure hope it's low power right now also because 770.08125 is not very strong for me and being 3.7 miles away it should be full bars on the handheld I'm using.

Use 770.08125 and 770.09375 those are the main CCs right now

Actually, you should program all four (4) control channel frequencies showing up as noted in earlier posts.

Ya this is true, I got these in and the first one I found. It don't show the first one I found anymore on pro96com. There's only the 5 frequencies for while now. The 2 I listed are the main now they switch back and forth.
On a side note I hate this system I can't get it right now on the handheld, tried moving it around but it's ****. Even on antennas on the tower Its not the best. I get Morocco site on Safety better and it's 15 miles away and the Newton County site is 3.7 miles makes no sense 🤷🏻🤦🏻

They were testing for bout 5-10 minutes or I didn't hear like no areas like if they were driving around. Talk group 4 and 14, radio ID 12282.Signal strength hasn't changed to be stronger so hopefully that will happen. No reason a site 3.7 away shouldn't be as strong as a site that's 15 miles away.
They did several data tests and several voice tests. There is 6 channels now being used. They didn't change CCs to test the other CCs, but I think it was a basic testing. Only 1 radio ID showed up. 1 more data tests I seen now 16:36 central time.

I noticed today omw to subway in roselawn that they put a microwave dish on there now, most likely linking the 2 towers together. It definitely wasn't there the last time because I look at it everytime I go by.
Seems to be coming in a lil better for me on frequencies that weren't before. So hopefully that stays that way, maybe it's something else, like weather etc. idk. Still no FCC license yet that I seen... Hopefully it be online fully soon, I figure maybe they will do drive test and stuff once they get the license.

I'm confused about some things. Like what does "Need the 700 MHz license, only found a conventional (SG) license. Need NAC, need site number confirmed. "
On RRDB it says found conventional (sg) license? And needs 700mhz license? I don't know what that means. Also says Sysid: 1A4 which I don't show that on the scanner or pro96com. Attached screenshot still says Sysid: 420 for me so Idk what 1A4 is.
I checked my recordings. On 12-18-2025 there was TG 30 @12:12 and 12:49 with no traffic thou, seems just keep up for few seconds. TG 3 @11:44 encrypted. TG 4 on 12-17-2025 there was 8 key ups but no traffic.
On 12-16-2025 there was TG 24 key up, TG 1 key ups and Radio service test 2x at 14:01, TG 23 several times wiith key ups and blowing in the mic, TG 3 again Encrypted, TG 26 a few times also Encrypted, TG 4 just key ups lots of time through out the day starting at 8:53 through 11:43.
On 12-15-2025 there was many key ups and 2 Radio service test on TG 4 from 10:21 through 15:35.
