New scanner

I just got the AOR 8200 MK3....and dont have a clue as to how to use it...it was a gift ...my old scanner was stolen and I am addicted...lol...Im in Ada Ok and need to get some freqs into this thing...where can I get them for my area (police,phone,air,etc) and can I load them through my computer lead? thanks!

Welcome to the group here dove_ok!

I would hightly recommend that if your radio supports it, get the software to program it. I think that there might be several different software programs for the AOR, but only BuTel comes to mind.
