The tone test is fire at 6pm, and some of their freqs for fire are on P25, so just way curious why nothing on the PD side, it is very odd.

How do I download from radioreference the newington database to my scanner, it seems the talkgroups I have may have changed recently and I want to learn how to download from here, I dont seem to see anything on sentinel that lets me do that any advice would be helpful at this point, or can i just delete old talkgroups on sentinel and add in the new ones.

They are moving to the CLMRN and will be silent on the LTR very soon

They seem to be silent already, I have listened for 2 days and only fire am i recieving, so will they show up now on CLMRN if I look or do i have to wait for an update.

I haven't heard ANY PD in a few days, so I assume they're gone, at least for now.

I still hear FD on both frequencies - for now.

Sentinel, I believe, only gets RR data each week, but per the Database, it looks like Newington has been in the DB since December or February, so you should be good to download it. I don't use sentinel personally, so im not sure what to do there, other than make sure you have the latest DB.
I see that Newington has a standalone site, im not sure if Newington affiliates to any other site, but I would make sure you have that site as well.
