i am using apco 396pro softeware. anyone know when i log on,how to put news freq/heli/all news media freq into scanner and where to find these freq...thanks

You'd put them into your BCD396T the same way you put in any public safety and/or business / industral service frequencies. Since you make no mention at all of where you are, I'll assume you are in northern New Jersey and point you to http://www.n2nov.net/nycmedia.html where there is a pretty comprehensive listing of NY Metro Area frequencies.
