This morning a couple of East Newark radios are affiliating to 5897.
East Newark was being dispatched by Bergen County Communications to an MVC at Tops Diner last night, Their system may be up and running. I would NOT make the mistake of deleting their analog channels, as they are still in use, many towns are keeping their old systems just in case NJICS goes down, it has happened to Harrison twice already.

Which System? West Orange Simulcast?

TG 5685, West Orange, RID239065 North Arlington. 065 appears to likely be one of the Police Console RIDs.

TG 5469, West Orange, RID1616096 Woodland Park.

TG5689, West Orange, 2355xxx RID's (ex-MONOC.

"0108 clear from my directed patrol. We have two vehicles parked in the charging stations with the proper permits."

Sounds like Parking Enforcement or some kind of Campus Police. Ramapo College maybe? Perhaps some hospital security?

Take another unknown off the board. 5689 and the mystery ex-Monoc 2355xxx ID's belong to Stevens Institute of Technology Campus Police. Submission made.

5691 is likely their Channel 2 as affiliations have been in the same range, but with almost no activity.

I also updated the Wiki to reflect these RID's and the recently identified talkgroups.

East Newark, I can see but not hear. The F2 is busy with affiliations only, so
unknown on E or not. Not quite enough signal for the SDS to work with.

Not encrypted so far on 5899 (appearing to be ENPD 2), but I've only caught a couple transmissions. Not confident enough to submit it yet.

Also:
TG5667, West Orange, Wanaque RID1613505. Affiliations only thus far.

TG5909, West Orange, RID2356009 (ex-Monoc), affiliations only.

Between the 2355xxx Stevens ID's and this new 2356xxx series, I think it's safe to say the old MONOC ID's are being reassigned. I wouldn't be surprised if this is another educational institution's public safety agency joining the system, establishing a pattern for the former MONOC RID's.

Update as of last night: Wanaque PD is active on NJICS, testing at least at this point. PD only as of now.

Their TG(presumed PD1), is patched to their analog UHF channel. It is encrypted…the analog channel obviously is not. Enjoy listening to them while it lasts…

Just a note. It seems the Newark Fire RID's in the Wiki are mostly obsolete. About 70% of the RID's being used by Newark Fire on the ICS seem to have changed. Probably upgraded subscriber radios.

How about we stay on topic and stop floating screwball conspiracy theories posted in fragmented, nonsensical sentences.

I just want people to be kind to each other. Especially if they're in an advantaged position of having the answers people are seeking. Just be kind folks.

Started putting together a list of the "new" Newark Fire RID's. I'll get it up in the Wiki as time allows for others to collaborate on.

Also received a few registrations of Talkgroup 1062, no affiliations, on 851.3625 of the Union County site. Possible it might be some random skip from another system though. Been a few lately with lively conditions.

Wanaque was up this morning on TG 5673 with RIDs 1613505, 163506, and 1613994. I only caught two transmissions, not enough to determine intended use.
