Hey All good evening, I was wondering Using the Arc15 for my BCT15 and programming NJSP Trunked via Radio Reference Do I need to upload all 16 sites ?

Not unless you're travelling the entire state with your BCT-15. Program the site closest to you. Not all talkgroups go over all the sites!!

Im in Phillipsburg Near Easton PA for, which site would be good for this area ?

Phillipsburg is an odd case here. You may have a hard time getting the system depending on where you are. Reception is difficult in the low area's.

I would start with North Simulcast. If that doesn't work, try the Montana Mountain IR site. You won't get much off the IR site other than the local NJSP Patrols.

Thank You So much I appreciate it, I was curious is there anyway to Scan Faster with this Bearcat Bct15. My Vertext Vx-900 Scans all FDNY,EMS, and NYPD and Pics Up the Transmissions seeming like in a instant soon as Dispatch or a unit transmits
