I even dumped the SDS100 codeplug into the SDS200 and stil nothing. Any suggestions?
When you copied the SDS100 programming to the SDS200, did you copy the profile settings as well as the favorites lists? Please confirm that the service type settings, location settings, etc are the same on the SDS200 as the SDS100. Several users have been tripped up believing the programing is the same on 2 devices, only to find that that the right service types are not enabled,

You may want to post screenshots of the sds100/200 displays when tuned to this channel so that we can look at them for clues and better suggestions.

Sheriff F1 - 154.725 CTCSS 127.3, Sheriff F2 - 150.8525 CTCSS 127.3 is still operational as of 2 mins ago. I monitor these daily. But as trentbob said above, the KNED338 may be the info you needed. Please report back.

I think I may have found it. It is a p25 conventional frequency that is a patch of F1 dispatch of Warren County Sheriff's Department.

I hope the original poster returns to confirm this.

I really appreciate everyone's technical feedback. This particular "patch" has been taken offline due to interference/intermod with another one of their frequencies. This isn't the frequency I'm referring to. I know some of the more tech savvy members of this group can figure out the frequencies/NAC codes. I retired from this agency and gave them my assurance that I would not share the information. I won't jeopardize that trust. Sorry.

Now, with that said, I hooked up my Whistler WS-1065 this morning and it worked fine. I went back through some of the suggestions and have to tip my hat to "werinshades" who suggested trying the factory antenna. I disconnected the base antenna, connected the telescopic antenna and could hear activity on the channel in question. Never had a problem with "too much antenna".

Not sure what to do from here as I need the base antenna for most of the other channels.

The only suggestion is the one I made before about attenuation. Owning both of these scanners, I've discovred the SDS 200 can be far more sensitive, especially using an outdoor antenna, which I also have hooked up. In addition to trying attenuation, also try the wide Invert filter and see if that's the magic formula. I've had to create separate Favorite Lists between the SDS 100 and SDS 200 and use the attenuator and Wide Invert filter setting on the SDS 200 Favorite Lists. It's been working for me like this for many years now.

Attenuator "OFF" with "Wide Invert" selected and it works. First of all thank you for your expertise. Pardon my ignorance but what affect will that have on the rest of the channels?

It depends if you set it Globally or by individual channel. Might help, might not, there’s no rhyme or reason to it. Glad it all worked out.

I'd prefer not to set it globally but I'm not familiar enough with it currently. I'll do some research.

At the Department level in can be set to only work on the specific channel if you have it set up conventionally. Trunking has to be done by site.
