Norman's system and the State's Motorola system ARE seperate, right? They don't share a control channel like Tulsa PD and OHP, do they?

City of Norman is different then State DPS Norman but I think they want to change that and some of the OKC guys could tell you more. Anyone want to chime in? Thanks...

Norman is going to integrate into the state system, they are separate right now.
Should occur before too long. I can't remember the order..it was either reband then switch or switch then reband.

What about Edmond? Do you think they'll do the same thing?

I run Trunker on the Edmond site, and have seen affiliations from the following talkgroups:
41776
41680
42128
According to the DB, Edmond does not have these talkgroups, but DPS does.... And they would be the ones most likely to be Up North of the Metro... Hmmm....
I have yet to hear any voice traffic from these TG's on the Edmond system, but they are being logged by trunker as having "visited" the Edmond site.

BTW, Trunker does not report Edmond as being "networked," as it does with the DPS sites, and still carries a sysID of 7534

I finally got my discriminator tap straightened out (something about paying attention to where you solder the wire :D) and am running unitrunker on the Norman system. Is there a repository for config files for this or do I need to type in the labels for TGs myself?
