Calling for the water dept. to turn on the booster pumps to increase water pressure and for a representative to respond to the scene. Loudoun RE4 at Sta. 8 with no Clarke Co radio. Jefferson Co Co. 2 did not respond to their page so now Eng 41 enrt to Sta. 1 with 5 & Asst.Chief. Since Co. 21 is working I presume this would be in the area of Hwy 7 and 601. Going to defensive mode with 2 exposures.

Wreck involving LCSO at Potomac View and S. Cottage Rd. The deputy clearly sounded in pain and requested EMS for himself and also the driver of the other car though he has not checked on him yet. Several units enroute.

Call upgraded to add entrapment. Ops on 6C.

Need a door popped. Sounds like he got t-boned on the left side.
The deputy and three others were transported for check out.

Shooting in the Springfield area on Jillspring Ct. Helo requested, FFX-1 responding. FD ops on 4C. No details from the police side yet.
LZ will be at Rolling Valley Elementary. PD ops on 17072 and 17136

2222- BOLO from VSP 159.0 -White PT Cruiser with MD tags, Eric Crutchfield (or similiar last name), black male, 5'7" 140#, shot ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend 4-5 times in chest. Believed to be heading to Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

2239 -Due to the extent of the male's injuries they will be transporting by ground instead and the flight team will be going with them also.

0830 Came in from the Spanish Language line. Reported as multiple victims shot in the house on Grandview Ave

0840 Units on scene with 2 Victims conscious downstairs
3 confirmed DOA upstairs

0842 PD has suspect info checking an adress in Dumfries

0850 Command setup on Maurice Drive

0915 Media enroute

0925 1 PD unit enroute to fairfax to be with victims

Just heard BOLOs from Loudoun, Fairfax and VSP within one minute of each other. They didn't say anything about there being multiple victims. Possible suspect is Anastazio Sanchez-Maranda 5' 6" 150# driving a '94 Honda VA tag KBT-4986.

1411- Now the BOLO is for a 1997 black Ford Taurus with Virginia tags KJJ-5392.



They caught him at a relative's in Wilkes Barre,PA.

Sounds like this guy got a pretty good jump on the police, there was a 20 minute delay between the shooting and the first unit arriving.

I heard earlier that the shooters girlfriend or wife possibly lived at that address

I heard on WTOP that they caught Anastazio Sanchez-Maranda at a relatives house in PA. at 2:30 this afternoon.

Like I said earlier he got a good jump on the police when he took off!!!!

Report of an aircraft crash in the area of Green Rd and Balls Mill Rd in Fauquier Co. Units will be staging at Liberty High School. Ops will be on 11-C.

I'm out of range to receive the TRS. Hopefully someone local can tune in. There is some chatter about this by VSP on 159.165, trying to get some info from the FAA.

2150 -Potomac TRACON asked a flight departing Dulles to listen for an ELT as they pass Casanova (CSN).

Emergency status on VSP Ch4, not sure what for exactly. Something to do with a vehicle on I-66.

Some sort of pursuit. Planning to deploy stop sticks at Rt50. FCPD Ch4 TG17136 is the main channel.

2216- Finally got it stopped just west of Monument Dr. Channels are clear.

Sounds like a DUI to me.

Anyone know what's going on in Ashburn (Loudoun Co) in front of Sander's Corner Elem. on Ashburn Farm Parkway? Bunch of EMS and a helo landing. Heard a little traffic but hard to follow while working.

EDIT:
Car accident...large, full sized utility van VS compact car. I heard the helicopter en route to the hospital explain and said the driver was a working code.
