A Fairfax Co dive team member went missing in the Potomac during an exercise. All available resources are on scene searching. Ops on 4D and 4J. All sort of PD units are on 4D. Marine Ch 6 is also being used.

4D is for swift water boats and Air Branch Command
4G-
4H- Pohick Bay Command / Belvoir Division At 1624 requesting a swiftwater boat priority one.
4J is Marine Branch Command
Marine 6 is used by fire boats.

1621- DCFD Fire Boat 2 and one from Prince William are enroute.
1645- Belvoir is dispatching Eng 463 and 465 and some PD to assist.

Anybody know what 4-M is? Apparently it's not on the TRS, certainly hasn't shown up on UniTrunker.

1843- Still searching. Units will be meeting soon for a briefing.

While I was out in my garage, it sounds like they may have found him. Units are being called in and to meet up at Medic/Amb or whatver 441, the transport unit for a patient.

I heard from someone else that a different body may have been found. Sounds like they are still conducting search operations.

Apparently there is a beacon transmitting on 242.65 if you're close enough to listen for it. This is probably the beacon they're using to measure drift.
2022- Fairfax-1 and another air unit are talking about a beacon on 121.5, should sound like an ELT but slower. I think this will be a different beacon for marking a hit by a cadaver dog.

FBI USERT (Underwater Search And Evidence Response Team) teams have Fairfax TRS radios.
About .25 mile offshore of a dock at the end of Pohick Bay Dr is where there have been several cadaver dog hits.

2220- Fairfax-2 and the FBI helo are using 123.025 for comms between them.

Bomb threat incident it sounds like on Rt 606 in the area of the ABC Auto Auction at a residence with a barn. The road is shutdown on both sides of the incident. Businesses are being evacuated. SERT and EOD enroute. Ops on TAC 3, 1776. Some sort of barricade situation too.

1846- Situation is ongoing. They have a throw-phone in there. They were using the robot but it just fell over, dead-in-the-water.

Loudoun Co in pursuit on Rt 9. West Channel. Unit waiting with stop sticks. Actually Jefferson Co is chasing. They are patched together on WVIRP TG 1533.

Chase started about 7:40PM by a Ranson WV unit. Driver is impaired.

New Jefferson TRS patched to Loudoun TRS.

Featherstone Road

Anyone know whats going on PWC East 1 In the area of Featherstone Road. Which is 1/4 mile from my house. I heard a helicopter over my house(turns out to be FFX 1) They are tracking a heat source. in a drainage ditch.

Anyone hear the origin of this call???

TURN ON PWC EAST 1 (Helicopter is leading units to the suspect!! Veterans Memorial Park)

Stephens City Fire

Structure fire at the Lakeside Condos on Tasker Rd. ongoing since 1640. 3 story MFD. Loomup was visible from 25 miles away. Multi dept's on scene. Starting to shut down some of the tower pipes at this time. Fireground on F4 repeater, 155.295, D074. I saw Shenandoah County Company 51 so at least two counties involved.

2048 - Woman got her hand out and is fine, LOL.

VSP pursuing two black males on foot after they crashed a silver SUV exiting I-95 southbound at 7100. 159.0
One is in custody.
1646- Requesting K-9, Fairfax-1 is now on channel too.
1654- The passenger is the one they're looking for.
1655- They've decided to not even bother looking for him since they have the driver.
1656- A now a supervisor says to keep looking because they have yet to search the vehicle or determine any other stuff about what these guys are up to.
Driver = revoke license/habitual offender

Obama has just arrived at the rally location in Prince William county. A new talkgroup is one of those being used - 48560. Others in use are Special Events 3 and 5K for EMS.

Just heard a VSP trooper say something about intercepting a vehicle in Fauquier County. Sounds like a pursuit going on somewhere. 159.165

1809- It's somewhere near Goldvein, approaching Rt29. Probably on Rt17.
1812- Negative on a spike strip request.
1814- Stafford Co advises they have lost sight at Elk Run Rd. Yellow Chevy Cobalt in excess of 120mph at times. 39.54
Apparently that have a tag for the vehicle.
1827- Trooper just found him again, just turned left on to Kelly Ford Rd. Only doing 60mph now.
1836- Now on Rt3, up to 125mph. Dodged some spikes and almost hit someone head on. Maybe they shouldn't do that with traffic around.
1838- Culpeper will be waiting for him. Now at 140mph. Came up on some units and turned on his 4-way flashers.
1840- Just wrecked and was ejected. Unconscious and breathing, in bad shape.
1850- Rescue just now on scene.

Loudoun is in the process of starting some sort of training exercise at a school. There are sheriff and rescue units involved. They are using the Joint channels. I'm still trying to find a news release or something saying what it is.

Found it, it's free flu shots at Briar Woods High School as part of a mass vaccination exercise.

Found it, it's free flu shots at Briar Woods High School as part of a mass vaccination exercise.

Free to only retired and current employees, unless this is another one. The flu shots were scheduled for Briar Woods and Mercer on the 6th and Harmony today for LCPS employees/retires.
