I can hear the scanner working but somewhere between it and broadcasting, it's getting lost somehow. I restarted scanner and PC, re-detected IP and and restarted pro scan and still nothing

Are you using the Source Client, RSOIP, or Web Server feature?
Is the whole connection not working or just the audio not working?

What have you done to troubleshoot this?

That screenshot should be a hint. The scanner is not communicating with ProScan

Go to the Comm. Port then click the URL Setup button.
Do you see the RX and TX bytes counters incrementing or do you see errors.
Read the tip at the bottom of the URL Setup window.

Ok that was a step i couldnt find earlier but its up and running now. The RX and TX are increasing with no errors. But its still not coming through online and all the archives are 1-2 seconds long

Start with the recordings and resolve that first.
The duration should match the duration of the transmission. Perhaps the Resume Scan/Search on? It's located in the upper right corner of the program.

That looks okay. Something is causing the recordings to be 1 to 2 seconds in duration. I don't know what would cause it. Are all recordings the same? Does the history logging show the entries to be 1 to 2 seconds in duration.

Regarding the streaming issue: Did you click the Connect button in the Source Client tab and does the log (on the right side) shows it connected? Can you post a link to your feed?

The log directly to the right under source client was blank. Under history logging it shows

Here ya go
I see you do not have URL selected for the input. Turn off the Source Client then select URL in the Input Sound Device box. Click the URL Setup button to verify the RX and TX bytes are incrementing and do not show errors.
