Not streaming online

Gee whiz I don't know how all this got changed. But I am bookmarking these so I can return later if it happens again. It's now working. I really appreciate your help and patience with me.. again. It really means a lot to me.

And poof a week later its off again. I managed to get a few hours yesterday late to work but today has been blank. Is there a setting that changes things back every so often? I havent touched it and its baffeling

What is off? Do you mean the ProScan side show disconnected or something else? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Sorry I should have been specific, I can see my statement was vague at best. I went through all the above steps and couldnt get it to work more than hit and miss at best. Trying to figure out what i may have done or changed and remembered I moved the scanner about 10 feet away a few days ago to try and gain a little more room around my desk. So I came home today and moved it back to my desk in its original location and now it is working correctly. Its logged 9 transmissions in the last 4 minutes. More than all day yesterday. So this is all my fault. I had no idea location was so important. So It will stay where its at.
Im sorry for the confusion and hassle I have caused. Im still learning and it shows. Thanks everyone who has helped and offered advice,i appreciate it very much.

I am going to guess your pc did a windows update and restarted, and you don’t have source client set to auto start in ProScan. But this is just a guess on my part.
Thanks I appreciate the information. I was unaware of this but will definitely check on it in the future

Yep, confusing. We thought you were talking about a streaming problem and this appears to be a scanner reception problem.
