Okay, so you ran the LCN finder on the system and are still having issues? Then programed it by hand and are still having issues? How long did you let the LCN Finder run. You mentioned that the NXDN key and firmware are up to date, so that's good.

Maybe that site is dead? My local site isn't that active in East Central, Florida.
