NXDN System L452

Hello all! I was hoping to get some help from others in the region in trying to identify this system. The FCC search isn't turning up much definitive.

I was doing some searching in the 450/460 band tonight using DSDPlus and I came across a NEXEDGE 4800 control channel at 452.06250. I'm currently monitoring in the rural portion of southern Sacramento County, using an outdoor antenna, so I have a good view of the valley. The signal was just barely able to be received, but it was enough to get the system information displayed and see the channel grants from time to time.

The only match in the FCC search that I found that it might be, is EJ Gallo Winery in Modesto, with the possibility that all their production facilities are linked.

I was recently on the I-5 corridor heading down to Fresno County and ran the scanner searching for anything/everything. I came across the following for this system:
