NYPD Traffic Manhattan / Staten Island frequency

Has anyone heard anything on or about the Traffic Enforcement Manhattan / Staten Island channel? I haven’t heard any traffic at all from their channel in weeks. Even checked if it was my PL tone or inputs but both were correct. I noticed a few traffic agents now with APX 900s / VX-P949s and I even saw one with an APX NEXT. Could they have moved from MN/SI to TED CW? Enforcement 3A/3B? (Both of which I’ve never once heard any output on, not even an MDC chirp) or maybe an E zone for Traffic? I recently noticed that the license for their frequency expired also, could it have something to do with that?

Which traffic freq are you speaking of?

NYPD Traffic, 470.8125 Expires: 08/13/2031
NYPD SI Traffic 482.4625, Expires: 10/18/2025

The Staten Island license has Pending application as of 12/26.2023

If I had to guess, this may be in reference to 472.6125 for Parking Enforcement.

Here's the funny thing, CW, BX, BK and QN I hear output and talking and all of those are under the same license. The only one I'm not hearing anything on is MN/SI. The only channels with an active license is "ENF 3A/3B" (453.825 and 453.950) under licenses (KSI296 and KQP434) but I've never heard any output from those two channels in all my years listening in.

The freqs listed above are, at least the first 3, they show on multiple licenses. WQQV958, WQYH292, WQQV957 etc.

I've witnessed traffic enforcement Special Ops guys have been using an E channel just not sure what it is. I can confirm there being no activity on the MN/SI Frequency. silence
