A99 could really be anything. Looking at the other troops on 10-75.net:
B99 is a CVE
E99 is a pickup truck
G99 is a command post truck
L99 is a recruiter
I put B99, E99, G99 & L99 in the wiki. Thanks
As far as the X2## units those are CITE units. Any X1## units are TIMS cars
Erie County has some funky troop car id's that I've been hearing lately.....
A204, A202, and A99, they only identify as that, NOT 2A02/2A204/2A99, when others identify #A##....
these cars are all over the county, I hear them down in souther and norther Erie county, so I have no idea where they are based out of
More than likely, CVE units.
A202 & A204 are CITE cars, I also update this in the wiki.

also, missing off the wiki page is 2A88 usually in souther Erie county, i believe its just a trooper, not anything special (ie k9 unit)
A88 updated in the wiki. A99 is a higway unit A202 and A 204 are Cite Cars.
I also updated part of the NYSP Troop NYC page.
