Has something affected the Oakland Fire broadcasts? My scanner has gone quiet on these frequencies.

Do got a few hits from fire dispatch (tgid 965 hex) this AM, most chats were terse (P25 PT1).

I can confirm OFD is mostly Phase 2/TDMA at this point.
If you do not have a Phase 2/TDMA capable receiver, you will miss transmissions.
